Hi there,
I just shipped an item to an address that after looking at it is incredibly fishy. It's an address that has been brought up on these forums before as being a company that intercepts items and ships them internationally. Its an address that scammers often use. I stupidly didn't check the buyers feedback before shipping, but someone said that they were a "scammer" under positive feedback and that they run a cpu scam. I just sent the item a few hours ago. Is there anything that I can do?

If you read further about the subject, you would find out they are not a known scammer and just a forwarding company. Anyone and everyone here who has to allow a return thinks the person is a scammer. Nothing new, these boards can scare the heck out of people.

I'm with @coolections. Your address is probably that of a freight forwarder... the word 'intercepts' doesn't apply. I've successfully used freight forwarders before and have never once experienced an international return. Fingers crossed...

@mapes425869 Int'l buyers prefer to use a freight forwarder as it saves them money, nothing against policy for that and no reason to fear a FF. You should remain positive that all will be fine. The majority of sales go on without a hitch. You wanted to sell your item and you did so think happy thoughts.
To answer your actual question, once you've shipped an item all you can do is place an intercept. Those are not cheap, so it needs to be worth the price of the item for you to do that. Also keep in mind now that the buyer has paid you, you owe them the item. If you stop the package and refund, buyer has every right to leave you negative feedback. Choose carefully. Best of luck to you....

Most transactions that use freight forwarding services do not involve scammers or other problems,
However, if your buyer has received feedback which indicates that this particular member is a scammer, then you might want to consider trying to intercept the package using USPS's service described here:

My apologies for not being clear: The freight service is not a known scammer, but the buyer has "positive" feedback which indicates that they are a scammer. The freight service just so happens to insure that I can't intercept the package because USPS won't do that for some reason.

I would try calling USPS and asking if they can cancel and return the item.

"The buyer has "positive" feedback which indicates that they are a scammer.
Can you explain that statement?
And "incredibly fishy"? It's a freight forwarder. Lots of international buyers use them so they can buy from sellers who do not ship internationally. They are not intercepting anything.
Since buyers cannot be given negative FB, how would checking a buyer's FB give any useful information.
If you see that a buyer has been given negative FB, then that seller violated eBay's rules. And, if the buyer was smart, he should have reported that to eBay.
