Accepting an Offer

Once I've agreed to Buyer's offer, what do I do? Go reduce the price to agreed upon price and Buyer purchases as usual?

By accepting the offer, the buyer has purchased the item at the new price. You just have to wait until the buyer pays before you ship.

When the buyer goes to complete the purchase, the price will automatically be changed to the best offer price agreed to - for that specific buyer.  You don’t need to do anything until they pay.

Did the buyer make the offer through the listing? Or was the offer sent as a message? 

After looking at your listings, I see that you don't have b.o. enabled so I assume it was a message from the buyer. 

If you haven't responded yet, there should be a box in the message with "send an offer to the buyer" and you can send it for the agreed amount.
