Accepted the new Payment Terms of Service, but still can't list?

A little over a half hour ago, I stopped being able to create or edit listings (using GarageSale), with the following error message:

You need to accept the new Payment Terms of Use before you can create or revise listings. Please go to https://useragreement.ebay.com/usragmt/agreement/PAYMENTS2_0_USER_AGREEMENT to accept the agreement.

I did so. But I'm still unable to list anything, despite updating app tokens and so on.

It seems worrying to me that when I do click "accept", I am sent to the Ebay.com landing page, with no "thank you" or other response message.

Just bow realizing, having scrolled through the linked TOS, that they are labeled with "Posting Date: August 9, 2021"

Following up, I am able to create listings manually with the awful eBay interface. But I list 50-200 items a day using GarageSale, so the API being broken is a showstopper.

I'm having the same issue. Can list manually but getting that error when using API calls.

Seems like eBay's dev team is aware of the issue but no fix yet:

Doesn't look like there's a way around it so just gotta wait for a fix. I'm sure its affecting a lot of services so hopefully the issue is prioritized.

It may not be useful or general, but I am at least able to list about 1/6 of the attempts, randomly, at present, as long as my listing software doesn't cache the failure.

That is, when I attempt to launch without verifying the listings first.

When I re-attempt the failed ones, about 1/6 of those work, and so on.

Just to finish this off, eBay fixed the broken API function call on 20220125 and things have been working (here, US) since then. It was definitely a bug in the API server-side code.

I am still having the problem in the US.   Same T&C errror.  However, as mentioned, 3 out of 15 randomly work.
