When an "accepted offer" expired without a response, the system still registered it as a sale. Is there a way to remove an expired offer that didn't sell? Has this happened to anyone else? For example, I had a kettle listed, and the accepted offer expired. The buyer had only one feedback at the time. I can't remember if I had to relist the item, but it sold soon after, and I accidentally gave feedback to the wrong buyer! I'm pretty sure my settings are set to entering payment details for offers. Am I missing something?
Appreciate any insight ..
Thanks

*Correction - the offer did not expire; they just did not pay. Reading through other comments, it appears there is a glitch.

When you accept an offer Ebay now requires the buyer to pay before the listing ends and becomes an official sale. This gives other buyers an chance to purchase the item. This is new and not a glitch. Ebay made this change due to non paying buyers.

An offer isn't a sale until the buyer pays. Until then the item is still listed for sale and can be purchased by another buyer.
