I've just encountered the worst ebay buyer and ebay seller ever. How it possible that 1 ebayer is allowed to abusive the system by giving fellow ebay sellers over 39 NEGATIVE ratings. In his mind almost everything he buys on ebay is JUNK and beware of seller. You would think as a fellow ebay seller if you're not happy with purchase he would give the seller an opportunity to make thinks right but to give over 39 NEGATIVE rating is atrocious. Good job thank you for making all 39 sellers look incompetent and making us pay for return mailing. You should stick with your comment back from 2019 "I will NEVER sell on Ebay ever again". Very upset!

They're a seller... so they know how to abuse the system.
PLEASE, report them, even if nothing will happen to help remove your FB, it may help in the long run.

It's INSANE how many negatives they have left!!
I wish eBay would limit the % of feedback allowed to be left as Negative... or get an alert and review the person immediately (for possible warning, suspension, feedback removals, suspended from leaving feedback).
Crazy people and abusive buyers shouldn't be allowed to do this. I agree!

Very sorry for your experience. You need to block this person and move on. It's obvious from the feedback they leave is they are on a mission to be difficult. My guess is they're just bored or miserable or both. You're gonna run into people like that from time to time. Take a breath and shake it off. Stop letting it upset your day. Look it this way, you have many more customers who are singing your praises. I would focus on that plus. Nice shop too!
Happy Selling

I think you are seeing a reflection on both lens. Does look strange but it is the angle of the shot.
I don't think its accurate to describe it as more than lightly scratched. JMO

@jackandjill12345 it's always a great idea to check a buyer's feedback b4 following thru with a sale in case u find this type of abusive behavior.

Are you advocating cancelling a sale, once the payment has been made, on the basis of a review of a buyer's feedback left for other sellers?
And more importantly, how does your such advice square with eBay policy?
Would the reason for the cancellation of the sale be, "I looked into my crystal ball / drew my tarot cards / consulted my ouija board and saw that the buyer was going to leave me negative feedback?"
And anyway, I thought the conventional wisdom was that feedback is singularly unimportant. Are you suggesting feedback is important?

I don't see any scratches at all, and I'm looking on a big bright Mac screen.

Where did you see that they said "I will NEVER sell on Ebay ever again" in 2019?

Yall am I wrong in thinking this neg will be removed after the item is returned and the OP remits the refund?
07-14-2024 11:42 AM
Do you mean vet every single person that buys from you?

@gurlcat Hmmm... I think the only way would be to take a pic of the returned item and dispute with eBay. Show it wasn't scratched.
Report the buyer.
Wait a few days for the return process to finish, then file a request for feedback removal (link is on the feedback) stating that Buyer lied about condition, left FACTUALLY INCORRECT feedback. Buyers FB history looks like they are abusing the return and FB system.
It's hard to get Negative Feedback removed, but not always impossible.
