Absolutely no sales January 2020

I have not had any sales during the last 4 days and hardly any before that. I didn't list anything during the month of December and I understand when you don't list you don't get any sales, but how long after you start listing do sales go up? I've been listing more than 10 items a day for the last 8 days without any results. It's like my listings are invisible. I ended some old listings and relisted them again as sell similar but it's not making a difference. I called ebay yesterday and the agent told me that everything looks good in my account and my low sales are due to the season? I have checked other sellers stores and they seem to be doing just fine selling at least every other day. So the agent told me practically No Sales for you and it's going to be like this until the second week of February. Is anybody else experiencing something like this?

Any tips on which site is actually resulting in sales? I haven't had a single sale on here in weeks.

We have nearly 10,000 active listings and we are not selling much of anything. We were upwards of $20,000 a month steadily. We are lucky to hit $5000 a month in recent months. We are a Top rated seller and constantly adding new inventory. I do not think your actual activity plays a part in the volume of sales you get. I am active daily for several hours a day on ebay as it is my full time job. I do not know the problem but I do strongly think the new algorithms ebay is using is what is ultimately killing sales for a lot of sellers. For instance, a year ago when I searched a particular item, thats what showed up in the results. Now you might get 1 or 2 of what you are actually searching for and the rest are things ebay wants you to see. Its absolute blasphemy.  Ebay is not doing anything that benefits sellers with the new algorithm.

@patriot4ever818 you are more then correct. Ebay is ruining their own site. The way its going the site as a whole wont survive many more years, as you are not the only long time member ready to call it quits. Additionally the site has become all about the buyer with sellers having literally no protection from being scammed and ebay could not care any less.

We have 10,000 and its not any better. We are down to barely $5000 a month from upwards of $20,000 to $30,000. It is just the new algorithm and ebay forcing sellers out. Ebay will be a thing of the past within 10 years if they dont change something soon. Go back to the basics, the days of old that brought sellers to ebay and start protecting sellers especially Top Rated. Its all about the buyer now and sellers get told to eat it even if they are 100% in the right beyone fraction of doubt. Take it from me its not about the volume you have listed, ebay is just sucking more and more by the month
