Paypal is no longer a payment option for sellers to receive payments from customers. You must sign up with Payoneer if you want to be paid for your sales.
It also won't matter, not on ebay seller in Sri Lanka in 100 ever gets more than $10 or $20 worth of sales (mostly at a loss) before they quit or have their account ruined from problems with drop shippers.
