If they're being MIC there should be plenty to go round.

I notice that sponsored listings stay as no violation found more than the ones that are not sponsored.
This was for the Weird Barbie.
I will see how my reporting goes this time........ 5 sponsored and 5 not sponsored.

I saw this description in one of the pairs listed for $9,000:
The following description along with the post is completely satire. These shoes will not be shipped to you. All proceeds will be benefit the seller 100%. No refunds will be issued EVER. You are paying for photos of the shoes ONLY. You will receive photos of the shoes only. Have a beautiful life.*
**NOTE: This is NOT a confirmed Preorder from the Trump Sneakers Site. I will NEVER ship as soon as I have in hand**
Is this allowed? This is ridiculous! Many people don't read descriptions. This is going to be a mess.

Unfortunately, support has more recently been refusing to step in to help...
@valueaddedresource
I remember the occasion of that thread to which you linked.....What a mess that was with the eBay promotion for listings that did not follow the presale policy.... the best (worst) case of "call customer service (we can't/won't help you and we know they are inept) to explore your options" scenario.

By Charlie McCarthy | Sunday, 18 February 2024 03:16 PM EST

Former President Donald Trump's high-top sneakers sold out hours after their launch on Saturday.
Only 1,000 pairs of the gold sneakers were available, according to the official website. Trump autographed at least 10 randomly selected pairs.
Called "The Never Surrender High-Top Sneaker," each pair sold for $399.
The high-tops, along with two low-top sneakers — the "T - Red Wave" sneaker and the "POTUS 45," both priced at $199 — and $99 bottles of "Victory47" perfume and cologne also were available for purchase on the website.
The products are "registered trademarks and/or trademarks of CIC Ventures LLC," per the website."
What a mess!!
