Subject: Unable to List Products – Listing Failed Issue

Hello eBay Support Team,

I hope you are doing well. I am facing a continuous issue while trying to list products on my eBay account. Every time I attempt to list an item, I receive the following error message:

"Listing Failed: Create platform product failed [verify item fail]"

Details of My Account & Issue:

CJ Dropshipping Account Linked: Yes

Product Source: CJ Dropshipping

Quantity Set: 1 (I also tried 5 and 10, but the issue persists)

Price Strategy: Cost Price + $5

Account Verification: Fully Verified

Selling Limits: No visible restrictions in Seller Hub

Steps I Have Taken So Far:

✅ I have completely verified my eBay account. ✅ I have checked my Seller Hub, and there are no restrictions on my account. ✅ I have tried listing different products, but the same issue occurs. ✅ I have reconnected my CJ Dropshipping account with eBay. ✅ I have ensured that all listing details are correctly filled in.

Request for Support:

Please check my account and let me know why my listings are failing. I would appreciate your guidance on how to fix this issue so I can successfully start selling on eBay.

Several key points are not mentioned in your post.

Have you signed up with Payoneer?

Have you linked your Payoneer to your eBay account?  

Has eBay sent you an email saying you can start selling? 

After linking your Payoneer account with eBay, it can take a few days to a few weeks for eBay to verify your Payoneer account and allow you to start listing items. 

If you encounter errors when trying to list items, it could be because the Payoneer verification is still pending or the wrong type of Payoneer account was linked. 

Also.... no one in this forum can check your account. We are all eBay buyers and sellers not eBay employees.
