Hi eBay family. Is there are 200 listing free listing, we can take this month free? Is that 200 are 200 items or 200 various listing? Isn't there any charge add above 50 listing in this month?

There are currently no other free promotions for listing for the whole eBay seller population. 

Going forward, eBay will send certain sellers a message with a promotion and you would have to accept the promotion. There is no criteria for this. You just have to wait/hope that eBay will invited you to accept one of their promotions. 

When I was selling regularly, I used to get promotion invites very frequently. 

You just have to keep striving to list and get sales. At some point you will get an promo invite. 

The other way to get promtions is if eBay decides to give a promotion to all due to COVID-19 as they did in the past.

That is 200 individual listings.  The quantity in each listing is up to you and what limits eBay has set on your account.  Once you exceed your 200 "free" listings you will have to pay an insertion fee for each additional listing.
