Or they change everything and you can't invoice customer for going on 4 days now, even though you have called them and they are "working " on it, yet your customers are going nuts, because at the same time ebay is threatening to cancel the transaction and give them a strike for not paying. Yup dealing with that right now.
Last time this happened it took them a couple of months to finally get it fixed. Fortunately I found a work around (not them) that allowed me to invoice customers. This time no work arounds will do the job.
Also the only one getting truly rich off ebay is ebay. You only have achieved what you have because of your own hard work and determination.
You are the one accepting all risk, finding the product to sell, representing it for sale , then properly and speedily shipping it the customer hoping they are completely happy or you will have to take the item back at your expense. Really no risk on ebay's part and their effort is very little. We won't get into unethical procedures such as charging us fees on shipping we refund, and completed and a fee on sales tax.
All that and we get to wake up to changes no one wanted that never seem to improve the experience yet create hours of work for us to learn to comply to without any tutorial.
Yup ebay is the god, seems more often with a tail and horns than with a halo and wings.
But hey if you enjoy the experience great for you. Most long time sellers started with a view from those same rose colored glasses.
