As a seller from Sri Lanka posting here, you could maybe visit the boards (when you have the time) to answer other new Sri Lankan seller's questions.

There are a lot of questions that we can not really help with as:

1. We do not use Payoneer, so no real understanding of how to register with eBay

2. We are not required to register as a business with our government as you are.

3. Shipping and costs we have no idea of in your country

so any help you can offer to your fellow countrymen would be very much appreciated I am sure.
