While, as others have mentioned, dehydrated foods are not on the list of prohibited food items for eBay. However, there are a LOT of laws that pertain to the sale of food products, some of which the eBay policy eludes to. In addition you are in Sri Lanka and if you plan on selling internationally most countries have restrictions and standards for the importation of food products. You will need to become familiar with those before you ship anything internationally or you risk the item(s) failing to clear customs.

If you plan to sell to America the US Government has rules and regulations to keep our food safe.

Hello and welcome.
For you, as an eBay beginner, the selection of what to sell is more important right now than how to sell it. Did you study the American market to determine that dehydrated foodstuffs are in high demand here?
In order to be successful, a new seller needs to list items that are in high demand, that can be sourced easily enough to realize a profit, and can be shipped as swiftly snd economically as possible.
As an international seller, you may also encounter additional road blocks. For example, importing foodstuffs into the US is a highly regulated process requiring government approvals. So deciding what to sell is a crucial aspect of online retailing. That is your important first step.
Best of luck to you on your eBay journey.

Who is dehydrating the food? If you're doing it in your kitchen it's not allowed.
