Blocking bidders

I'm trying to block a buyer and when I put the eBay call name in it shows invalid.

Are you using a capital letter for the first letter? All need to be lower case and put in a comma after the ID.

Are you copying and pasting the actual ID or are you typing it? If typing, you might be using (number) 1 for (lower case) l or letter o for (zero) 0. 

Also, for some reason, I often get an error message the first time I paste an ID but it works the second time.

If  you are cut and pasting, make sure that you don't squeeze it in the middle of another blocked ID.  Again, check is it an O or the number zero?  Is it a _ or a -?  Keep trying.

Make sure there is a comma after the last entry and make sure you didn't accidentally copy an extra empty character.

Also- many buyers use that 'underline' thing _ in their name; must make sure that is used as well (and it won't show up for you to see it on some of the transactions)

Mine does that every time I add a name, but it still adds it to my BBL. Another on-going glitch for some.

Buyer could be NARU

Maybe the buyer that you are trying to add, closed his/her account, or ebay close it for said buyer.  Check the buyers name, and see if he/she still active.

Did you put a comma behind the last member you had on your BBL, then add the new one?
