Yes.

I noticed people from Sri Lanka ask this same question almost every day.

You can either pick the most accurate category and list in a single category, or pay a small additional charge (usually) to list in two categories.  That will increase visibility but also of course increase your fees.

Yeah, some items fit into more than one category. "Tweeners".

Keep in mind that it's a complete waste of money to list in both, as there is a pretty hefty charge for that. The cost benefit just isn't there.
