I am beyond frustrated with this AI. AI keeps kicking my listings into a folder of policy violation. It says I shared personal contact information or put links to personal information to sell outside of Ebay. I have not done that. I have called three times to Ebay and all their departments say that I have not done anything wrong and that there is nothing against me however it keeps doing it. I can't revise or relist them. I can't see my listings. I don't know what to revise in them because I did nothing wrong and I have lost quite a bit of listings. Now, I have to call for the 4th time and will most likely not get revolved. Has this happened to anyone?

Stop selling similar off your previous listings.

Create your next one from scratch, type everything out and don't even use the words or formatting that you normally use and see if you still keep having the problem.

I would not suggest showing more than 1 of an item when the listing is really selling them one at a time. I have been bitten by that so many times over the years.

I clicked on one and brought up the source and it has all their imput to create the listing. To confusing

It is not the issue. They have stopped like 23 listings and said I am trying to sell outside of Ebay and I am not. I have over 150 listings and they all the same thing in them  and the are up.  They told me there must be some glinch in their system. YES AI!

When this first happened, I called Ebay and the person said I did nothing wrong. They said they were going to tell the higher up department about it and to allow 24 hours for it to get corrected. I waited a week and nothing changed. I called again and  the girl said I did not do anything wrong. She talked to the upper department and she said for me to go in and appeal each one while she was on the phone. That they were waiting for them. So I did that. She said wait about 48 hours for it to get corrected. I did just that. I waiting another week. I listed another item and the same thing happen. I called again and they said I did nothing wrong. I spoke with the upper department and they said the same thing. It should e cleared up in 48 hours. No, it hasn't. I listed something again and they did the same thing. There is nothing different from my active ones to the ones they stopped.  It is frustrating.

I do type from scratch but on the sell similar. I back out my info and type. I really don't think it is because I hitting sell similar. I understand what you are saying on the one item only be shown in a picture but I have not had any issues.  People need to read titles, descriptions and not just buy off a picture.  This is not the problem of my listings. The selling similar is suppose to help you save time. I have over 150 listing and the problem is with only a few of them and they all have the same typed out information that I don't have to type..

Actually they stayed on the phone with me and thank me for my patience. They didn't rush me off. They were great but has not been resolved.

I do hit sell similar but the problem is not that I am selling a like and changing my information in the listing to describe my item. They are saying I am trying to sell outside of Ebay. I know this platform is other sellers and buyers and are tying to be helpful : )

I am not doing anything with AI. I type out my info.

Everything I type in my listings is from my own mind and is type out. Nothing copied or pasted.

The point of the phone clerks is to make you happy and go away.

The social media reps work for eBay (not a subcontractor) and will be truthful.

You may not like what they tell you.

You may not be happy.

But you will have useful information to work with.

And not just the pink fuzzies.

@wildcherrypink  Don't do 'sell similar' unless you can parse the HTML - even if you erase and then change the description, old HTML tags, bits and pieces can still ride along - you can check by looking at the HTML or the page coding. It will not appear in the written description because of broken tags, etc. This has happened to me more than a few times. I've even had it stack old HTML. Start completely from scratch - it's the best way to eliminate a very real possibility.
