A winning buyer ask for a cancellation

Hi,

I wonder if I have to pay final fee for a request cancellation from a buyer. Someone said just choose the reason "Buyer asked to cancel the order" then your account will not be credited final fee? Is that right?

No......use Buyer asked to cancel and you will be credited the fvf.........
