Any attempt to take you away from eBay could result in a scam. Stick with only communicating through eBay only. If you are asking for a discount, you can ask through eBay messaging.

Communicate ONLY through the Ebay platform. A seller does not need to contact a buyer any other way.

Kind of old school asking you to go to a Western Union office. Nonetheless, a scam in the making.

Yes, it is almost assuredly someone trying to scam you. Ignore them and put them on your BBL. You can also report them if you like.

There is no need for a buyer or a seller to communicate outside the eBay messaging system. In fact, it is against eBay policy to do so.

Telegram is a notorious haven for scammers, especially international ones. I almost got crypto-scammed via that communications app. Definitely avoid Telegram.

Do not Telegram, Instagram, or text.
Everything they need to know is in the listing. If there's something they need to ask they could have just asked.
