Day before yesterday I listed my gtx 1080ti founders edition for 700$ on a 5 day auction with 915$ buyout 115$ more than it is on Amazon when it's actually in stock, yesterday a brand new account no sales or anything buys it out and I'm like ok cool awesome actually. I haven't sold anything on eBay and I don't remember the process I thought to get the funds on Paypal you had to add tracking info but I'm not seeing anything on the transaction page. I did notice however that the email they use is abnormal and after a quick search I see it's from a disposable email sight. Currently I'm unsure what to do I don't actually have the money yet it's still a pending transaction but the email concerns me as to why a brand new account with an fishy email would buy a high ticket item. Any tips or suggestions?

Make sure the money is in PayPal and Make sure eBay says it is ok to ship. Step carefully and ask questions here if you are unsure. Sounds shakey.

If money is pending it is probably someone preying on a new seller.

As siyan stated, absolutely do not ship until you can login (NO EMAILS) to paypal and see that paypal says it's ok to ship.
You are a new seller selling a high dollar electronics item, you will get a lot of notice by scammers.

No, in 48 hours you file an Unpaid Item dispute (UPI) and then 96 hours later you close it. This gets you your fees back and puts a strike on the buyer account. If you cancel you run the risk of having your account limited for cancelling.

You are probably going to have to do a Unpaid item case. I think you have to wait a few days to do that. Maybe in the future only ship to US and set to only accept payments form US
Be careful how you cancel as you want to avoid a defect.

It is very possible a reshipper and the buyer is international. Google the address.

It is a reshipper hoping you will ship based on the email and not receiving the funds. You are more fortunate the the two who came here last week and shipped based on pending payment. They lost $200 and $300.

That's a re-shipper, raises the concern slightly but not a lot.
Again, if they don't pay file a UPI. If they do pay, ship. Once the item reaches the re-shipper in Florida you have completed your requirements for delivery. Keep any and all records in case the member tries to file a INR (Item not received) through eBay or Paypal. Make sure you get adequate insurance on the item and so forth.
