I am from Michigan and eBay collects the sales tax. I only sell on eBay so I would owe no sales tax yet I have to file the form. I neglected last year and had a penalty. The problem is the form asks for sales amount and then calculates taxes and no where is there a way on the form to add the sales tax. I called the State tax department and was told this.
"Put a zero in the sales if all your taxes were already collected." That will end with 0 owed.
That's what I am doing and would advise you not to take my advice but consult someone on this.
