As a new seller, eBay will want to see consistent selling with no policy violations over time, that is generally 3 months, before limits are raised. You will need to be patient. Most sellers experience this probationary period.
You can make the request once every month for selling limits to be increased. (You can contact customer service via the Help & Contact link on most eBay pages.) That doesn’t necessarily mean the request will be granted. So concentrate your efforts on your existing listings and servicing the customers well, and read up on the many policies and rules that govern the site.
