6/1/18 free return policy and partial refund.

Hi All,

Since we are doing away with the restocking fee option, can we utilize the new 30-days free return and partial refund for restocking fee purpose? Or is restocking fee simply outlawed on eBay?

I know buyers can always INAD their way out of anything but there are still plenty of honorable people willing to pay the restockingfee. Without customized return policy after 6/1, this is rather difficult for small sellers.

Ebay states the partial refund is only to be used for items returned damaged.  I feel sure it will open up another can of worms, though.
