50,000 Free Listings.....Where Did They Go?

Does anyone know what happened to the 50,000 free listings?  They appear to be gone this morning.  I got an email from eBay on 4/22 that read:  Thank you for activating the promotion for 50,000 additional free listings, exclusively available to eBay Store subscribers. We’re continuing to support small businesses during the pandemic and we want to make sure you have ample time to bring on and test new inventory buyers may be searching for. Therefore we have extended the free listings promotion through July 31. Since you already activated the offer, it will automatically be extended and you do not need to take any action.

I was wondering the same thing.  We did not get them either

It appears that when eBay extended the promo until July, it has become a new promotion. 

You will have to activate the promo again. Just click on the underlined the promotion page below and it will take you to where you need to go to activate the promo.

Store subscribers can find complete details and activate the offer at the promotion page.

I did this and the promo is there now.

Thanks.  I just figured that out.  Go to  https://pages.ebay.com/promo/2020/0323/Stores50KInsertions.html Click on activate offer. Now they show up.

I did it by finding the ebay message from April 22nd and activating it from there.

I find it strange it doesn't automatically appear.

Mine disappeared too. I just went and reactivated it.

I was up at 3am (long night)... happened to sign in... saw it was gone and my new (lower) store limits were in effect... I flew to my email from the last one and reactivated it LOL.

Probably because the original offer had an ending date, so the extension is technically a new offer that appears after you accept it. Also because eBay never does things the easy way.

They actually said there was nothing we needed to do for the extension. **bleep**. Mine did not reappear either and I noticed on May 1st when they charged me for insertion fees on 1600 listings. I'm still fighting with them to credit those back
