Sorry I can't link, but this is a different promo. Duration is 10 days, but I'll give it a try.

I don't do Auctions ... so of course I got this one.

Thanks @tamaralea
I got this one. I've never seen them do a " one day only " type of promo.
I don't really like auctions.
I may use a couple of them, but not a fan.

I also normally don't do auctions, but I will use this promo just to keep more listings in the 60 day ebay retention window. Of course, I will be lucky to sell 1 or 2 out of the 50.

Auctions are worthless, so is the short time frame on eBay promotions.

Anyone know if the 50 free monthly listings will be used first before these 10 day listing kick in?
05-25-2017 07:23 AM
Haha who knows. Lately it varies even on the same promo. Wonder what's the point of 10 day auctions for one day. End of the month stock thingy?

eBay marketplace executives are simply running tests, most of which are failures upon inception of their ideas.

Ditto. But then that's probably why we got it! 😞

I tried it out & it took it from the promo first,
not from my monthly allotment

Hello,
The 10 day duration listings in this promo will be used first. Happy Listing!

This was said on the last promo, 100 free listings, Then you send email saying error, you'll get 50 Insertion fee credits on may invoice, So I list 30 more listings, Charged for each and every one, only to be given a whopping 60 cents credit after spending $9 to list. I find eBays word is like their customer service, Not good for much. Good Luck to you.

Since there's someone from eBay here... from the other topic on this promotion...
...here's a suggestion for eBay: Provide some sort of lead time! If I were going to use this, I'd need to write 50 listings, shoot the pics, etc. Auction sellers like me don't have a bunch of dead listings sitting around we can marshal onto the site by clicking "Relist". If it was ready to list, I already listed it last week and it's SOLD.
