Same old story: New account. Want to sign up for the Global Shipping Program, but I can't.
I looked it up and the answer is I have to go to Account > Site Preferences > Seller Preferences.
But the Seller Preferences are missing. They're not "hidden" such that if I hit "Show All," they'll magically appear; they are just not there.
So I look this up too. Someone said you have to upgrade to a Seller account first. They don't say how, so I google this. Some guy's blog says to go to Site Map > My Selling Account > Setup Automatic Payments.
I do this and it says that in order to set up automatic payments I need to have a Seller account!
So I need a Seller account to setup automatic payments, which is the thing I need to do to get a Seller account! Please help. I'm going in circles.
