4x6 Label Printing solved......I am so angry at EBay support

For the last 8 months or so......I was unable to batch print 4x6 labels.......my setting on my ebay profile were correct and my work around for this was to purchase the lables that printed in letter format and then to reprint the entire batch at one time which then came up int he correct orientation which allowed me to print.

In another genius stroke of Ebay web development .......about 8 weeks ago or so.....ebay eliminated the ablility to reprint the entire batch.....so I literally had to print labels one by one.

On the first issue......I called ebay at least 25 times........they said it was a "known issue" and they are working on it. 

On the second issue the same run around.

Tonight when I accidentally printed a batch I saw another area in multi-order shipping that said change label size....and sure enough there is was.

To this very day.....ebay support has been unable to guide me to this simple solution...why?   Because tech support people are non-sellers on ebay....... this company should be ashamed of itself!

I ran into that several months back myself.  And it was another Mentor that guided me to that spot so I could fix my printing issue.  No one at Ebay was any help to me either.

I'm going to tag the Mentor that really helped me on this issue.  It is a problem you can fix quite easily.

When the window opens to print the labels look to the right and click on Show More.  Then scroll down to the current label format, if not correct click Change and select the correct format.  While this setting sticks, it sometimes changes after ebay make a revision.

Thank you for stopping in and sharing.  IDK why Ebay can't tell this to sellers instead leaving them swinging in the wind for months.

You can also scroll to the bottom of the right side bar and click on "Print using the system dialog box" and attributes can be changed there.   I see this as mostly a local/browser issue and would never call CS for such an issue - they won't know anything.  When Firefox updated I had to change my default printer parameters.

I had this problem also, what was confusing me was the only time that you can change this as far as I know is when you actually have labels to print.

I never wanted to mess with it while I actually had things that needed to get shipped then when I was done shipping I would try to find what was wrong and never could, finally a forum member helped me.

Because like many USPS employees know very little about shipping, many ebay reps know very little about ebay
