EBAY has a new "easy to read" 1-page report that shows YTD totals for "orders/gross sales, refunds, EBAY fees, shipping expenses. Go to PAYMENTS, REPORTS (on left-hand size click on REPORTS (NEW). Enter time period 1/1/2022 12/31/2022.
EBAY only sending 1099 if you earn more than $20,000 (next year will go down to $600). Of course, you have to report all income (whether you get 1099 or not).
You pay taxes on "net income" after you deducted all your expenses (EBAY fees, refunds, shipping expense, mileage, cost of goods, packing materials, office supplies). If file as a "business" you can deduct these expenses on Schedule C form.

Same here in Virginia. The threshold is $600 and my 1099-K is not available yet. I've received one the last two years even though I was nowhere near the federal $20,000 threshold.
