Out of town on business so couldn't really tell buyers but I was able to sneak in a purchase of two Belkin Wemo Smart Switches for only $22 a piece after discount. Sweet. Keep em coming ebay!

While searching I did notice a lot of sellers prices at $24.99 for the TP-Link brand. If only they knew about this promotion and raised their prices by a penny, they could sit and watch them fly off the shelves.

I do apreciate that you are putting the link on the item pages so that anyone contemplating buying can see that the offer is there.  However, I just looked at an item that is an auction ending well after the promo is over that shows that I can use the promo.

That's the only reason I noticed the promo this time.  I even saw the big banner on the home page advertising the "15% off everything", but didn't think much of it because of the misleading "free shipping" and "guaranteed delivery" banners that are usually displayed there.  I figured it was just more wolf tickets.

THESE coupon promos are the only ones welcome in my inbox. I do use them, but only the ones that are specifically for EVERYTHING.

The Inventory Recommendation, Sourcing Recommendation, Items Waiting in Carts, XX% Off Selling Fees are all UNWELCOME and I have purposely opted out of ALL communications in an effort to keep them out.

I have not been successful. They just keep appearing.

Saved $18.10 and collected $1.21 in more eBay Bucks on four items all with free shipping and two that were marked down outside today's "Flash Sale."   Wish I had understood last week that the discount was good on more than one item (if you used the cart), and I could have saved 5% more, but hey!   I'll take 15% on stuff I've had on my Watch List forever.   😉   Thank you!

Stacking always helps.  Items I bought also had seller promos such as buy one, get one half off.  'Course, you never see those in your Watch List.  You have to go to the item or seller/store pages to see them.

Happy to report that I posted the link to the 15% offer this morning in a special-interest forum that I co-moderate on another site, and several members have already said that they've made purchases today, with double-digit savings on each one.
