Yes I have shipped there many times. You are covered either way. As long as your package is marked delivered you are good. If the customer ever tries to open a return case you are good as well because they can't return it because the shipping for them is too costly to get it back to the states. They never can return anything and you don't have to refund for any reason other than if it didn't make it to the US address.
