1099 Question

I haven't sold on Ebay in years just recently tried to sell some things. My question is if you reach 600.00 does Ebay give you the option to receive the 1099 by mail.

You will receive the 1099-K by mail, and you will also be able to download a copy for your records.

If eBay/Adyen didn't process at least $600 of payments for your account, then you are not eligible to receive a 1099-K.
