I received an offer to list an item within the first two weeks of August. If that item sold before the end of August you get your sale price matched in a voucher (up to $100). The promotion has mysteriously disappeared from my account and I haven't received a coupon/voucher. Is this some kind of SCAM by eBay to get people to list items? I won't be paying my selling fees for that item.

A friend got her voucher, so I think its legit you just need to call ebay and ask them to check. Usually that or email. Pretty quick response time.

How exactly do you email eBay? I only see phone options on the contact page. I'd like to email since I'm at work right now.

If you don't have facebook then you have to call. there's no email support on ebay.com

Hi @rlg_5150, while I did touch base on the other thread on this topic I also wanted to clarify here that I was unable to locate a record of this promotion on your account. If you are able to provide screenshots of the promotion and the related confirmation page for it's activation, I would be happy to look into this further for you!

This is literally FRAUD. I would have taken a screenshot if I had know eBay was going to maliciously delete the message from my inbox. I am done. I am removing my payment information and definitely not paying the selling fees on the item that I sold. I have only sold one item and it was only because I received the promotion.

This is most likely not enough to convince you but like I said I didn't think to screenshot it because I didn't know eBay would maliciously delete it. Picture attached.

You can see where I visited the rsvp.ebay promotion page from my messages. Obvisously this link does nothing now.

I have the same issue, and never recieved my coupon either. I requested a call back from support and still spent 90mins on hold waiting on the promotions department to respond to them. After getting disconnected twice, I had no more time to sit there on hold and feel like I wasted my time.

I received the email, I activated it, listed & sold my first item. I do not have a screenshot of my activation but I absolutely did it - there is no record of this promo in my messages any longer. If someone from eBay reads this and can help me as well I would appreciate it!
