❤️HELP! SOS!!❤️ Anyone having PROBLEMS listing. Listing page won't load completely or load.

Hey there,

I'm on the regular seller's page.  The complete drafts, sell similar, relist WILL NOT load or load completely, and I cannot even complete any drafts or sell similar or relist.

Just curious if it's only me or if it's another eBay messing and screwing up something AGAIN and AGAIN.

Had the same issue 5/27/23.  Reported it to eBay (via chat) and they said there was a technical error.  Next day, could list normally.  Now, since 6/3/23 same issue.  All that shows on page to list, revise or renew are those flashing/scrolling grey boxes that are trying to load.  Had to report technical error again.  So far still cannot list.  PS No issues on any other website...

Not only you.  An year ago when they completely removed classic page I had this issue and try to fix it by multiple calls to Ebay tech department. Deleting, cookies from all devices including iPads, phone and computer did not help. Then they suggested to install and use Google Chrome which I did but still did not help. Then they said maybe your operating system is too old but I have laptop with Windows 11 and it has same issue so it is not operating system issue. After few days they fix it and all start working for almost an year.  I discovered this issue again about 2 weeks ago and because of the similar problem in the passed just decided to wait until they fix it.
They did not so I contacted them and before we go trough all those tests again I explained all happened an year ago. Finaly representative said we are aware of this issue and will fix it within 24-72 hours. I think it is good idea you to call them so they can pay attention to your account sooner then wait until this issue fixed in general. As much as I know this issue appeared when they decided to combine regular software with mobile software to work on single page for both users.

3/24/2024, same problem - works on Edge but not on Firefox. I love FF but **bleep** it doesn't play well with so many websites.
