I have a package that I shipped in feb 2021 through USPS 1st class mail, with a tracking no. that verifies the package has been received by USPS & is in transit. the buyer opened an item not received case against me. I was told by ebay customer service (after being transferred by 3 people) that if the package is never delivered that I would be responsible for refunding the buyer. REALLY? last time I checked, this issue was covered in the seller protection policy. which I can not find now, & all people at ebay customer service had no idea what I was talking about. do sellers not have anything on their side, whats going on?
