buyer purchased 3 items from me, but he's not able to pay - international issue?

hi there, 

im a very new seller so im confused about this message I got from my buyer.

they said they purchased 3 items from me, but can't check out (I think that's what they meant?)

im nearly positive I had international shipping off, but they're from Chile I believe. 

here the basic message:

"Hello. I bought you three products: (a), (b), and (c) [I removed the item names for this inquiry just in case yr not supposed to have someone's exact message]. I have "requested Total" but Ebay throws an error. Can you do it to make the payment?"

im not really sure what they mean or what to do haha. 

any insight would be so appreciated.
