Local pickup with buyer-arranged shipper

Hi. I sold some chairs via Local Pickup almost a month ago. The buyer has arranged a Shipping Service to pick up the chairs as they are not located locally to me. We have communicated several times throughout the past month concerning the status of the pickup (there were delays in the schedule for the Shipping service), and it looks like the shipper will finally be here this week to retrieve the chairs.

 

What is the best way to handle the transaction with the service when they arrive? I can have a form ready for the shipper to sign off, but wondering if anyone else has done this or can offer a template.

 

Also, is there anything else I can do to protect myself in this scenario?
