I miscalculated shipping. Ill pay the difference - but will my buyer get charged when I buy label?

I'm a total noob.
Guestimated shipping weight/costs/etc (obvi a snafu). DUH! lol
I'm totally ok with paying the difference.
When I'm about to buy the shipping label, it's letting me change the weight and dimensions. And it's letting me purchase this higher priced shipping label than the one that was in my original listing.
I just want to be sure my buyer doesn't get charged or anything.
