Global Shipping Item - delivery returned to warehouse - address closed due to Covid-19

The buyer has opened against me, the seller, since he did not receive the item shipped through eBay's Global Shipping Program.

They wrote:  My office building is closed due to Covid 19. is it possible to have the package re-routed to a different address?

How would I go about re-routing the shipment.  Would I still be covered by eBay's seller protection assuming this is not a verified address?  Is this even possible?  Any help would be appreciated.
