Hello fellow Ebayers,
I sold a new sealed action figure and the buyer requested a refund because it had duplicate legs. I didn’t notice it while it was sealed in it’s box. The figure is a modestly priced action figure, that sold for $89. I responded to the seller that I would contact the original online store I purchased it from.The online store is in Japan and they weren’t open when he originally told me about the issue.Not even a day went by and the seller requested a refund.I waited to long to respond the buyers return request and ebay stepped in to force a refund.The buyer got his money back.But now the buyer is ignoring my messages and not returning the figure I sold to him. As a seller do I have any rights to get help from ebay?
