I want to know what are the best operating systems and best internet browser  for use  eBay Buying and selling ?

not a techie here but I would think that whatever came with your computer is good to use

in the USA they recomend certain browsers for ebay.these same browsers are also on the list to avoid

I use chrome and edge I think..you could aslo ask a neighbor or friend  what works for them or what they like to use

They don't really want an answer, it's just a list of questions that a scammer has given them. They have been told by this scammer that participating in these forums will increase their chances of selling here.
