turbo lister uploading problem

Not sure if anyone else is still using turbo lister.

 

Just started having a problem with relisting.  It will say the items are relisted and they are not OR it just spins forever and says not responding.

 

I've tried closing and reopening the program but that doesn't seem to help.

 

Any suggestions?

First perform a Tools>Compact databases.

 

Now try again.

 

Second perform a Tools>Check for program updates. Apply the program and data updates.

 

Now try again.

 

Still no luck? In this case relist/sell similar from the eBay online interface.

 

My guess is that there may be some required Item specifics that are not included in the Turbo data update, that eBay may now require for the category you are listing in.

Thanks for the information.

 

However, when I click on the update tool--it says all up to date.

 

Plus now I'm getting prompted to reauthorize turbo sign in to ebay and when I try to do that I getting the message that a script is running and do I want to continue--whether I answer yes or no,  the message continues to sign in and then the script message again---a loop.

 

Any insight on that problem?

Turbo is depreciated. All offline or third party access is controlled by 'tokens'. These must be authorized by eBay for the products to function. eBay may have decided to stop all new token generation.

 

You can contact the Advanced Apps team for their comments on this issue. Please let us know how that works out.
