eBay has been rearranging pages and it looks like they made a bit of a mess with the menu on the File Exchange home page and a few other FE pages.

I don't know which sites now offer File Exchange, but I see that Australia is missing from the list.  You may want them to update that list.

Thank you so much for your post and great screen shots.

What your seeing now is regarding to the MUAA program (Multi User Account Access).  MUAA has been around since September 2019 and File Exchange wasn't available for this program until now. MUAA might not be updated to all sites yet so that is why you might not see it in Australia yet, as you mentioned but I imagine it will eventually.
