If you did have a no return policy. eBay’s Money Back Guarantee over rides that.
A seller’s no return policy only works for remorse returns.
But to answer your question, in your business policies you would go to your return policy and toggle returns to no returns.
ETA: looks like you already figured it out, because I looked at a few of your items no returns are accepted.

Just double checking: You do know that your "no returns" policy does not override eBay's Money Back Guarantee for buyers, right? That means that, if a buyer deems an item to be not as described, that buyer can open an item not as described case and you will be required to send him a prepaid return label and to refund in full when you receive the returned item back.

I'm confused... it appears that your Sold listings are set up 'No Returns'. If that's what you want, no change is needed.
