how to add videos for listings with variations

I see ebay recently added the ability to add videos to listings, I can do it ok for a normal listing but for one with variations I cannot see how to do it.  I don't necessarily need a different video for each variation, but one main video would be useful.  Thanks!

The video can only go in the master record, not in any of the variations.

Yes, I am ok with that.  For me, though, even on the top level listing edit page, the only option I see is "Photos", no "Video".  Even tried uploading a video anyway, it did not like that.  This is an existing listing, not a new one, if that matters.

Only the new Unified listing tool will support uploading video to eBay hosting.

When I checked a few weeks ago, it was not available to me. Then when I created a listing this past week, I saw it offered.  It may require starting from scratch.

Ebay does not allow videos if you have variations.
