I posted this in the Technical Issues and Ask A Mentor forums, but did not get a helpful response. So, here we go...
Last week, I was able to move items from "Sold" -> "Archived" -> "Inventory". A few days later, and that option no longer exists. The layout of the Archived page has changed and the Save To Inventory option is no longer available in my Store #1. However, it is available in my Store #2. Same store "level", different layouts (see screen captures below).
The new layout is shown below (under the Seller Hub picture for juicyfinds4u). In this first example, there is no option to search for archived items by "month", and the button to "Save to Inventory" is gone.
I have no issue with my other store, as shown in the second example (under the Seller Hub picture for closetqueen2014), there is a Save to Inventory button.
How do I save my archived (or sold) items to inventory? Please help!

I looked when you first posted, and again, now. I don't show archived orders---wish we could do that

You can still archive orders (see below), but they are only held in the "Archived" area for three (3) months....which is why I liked moving them to "Inventory", which is no longer an option. In five days, I'll be losing history on hundreds of orders from the Holidays thanks to this "improvement?" in removing the "Move To Inventory" option from the "Archived" area.

According to this Blog post:
https://tamebay.com/2022/02/ebay-seller-release-ebay-selling-manager-pro-features-free-of-charge
This may be related to the move of Selling Manager Pro features to the Selling Hub.
Inventory Management was part of selling manager pro. The blog says that:

Too late to edit: it looks like that Blog post was copied pretty much verbatim from the eBay Winter 2022 Seller Updates:
