first Class shipping isn’t available in the app update? Really?

Most of my items ship First Class. Neither I nor your customer service rep can find a First Class option in your spiffy new app update when I try to relist my expired items. Your customer service rep wants me to use your website instead even though I only have an iPad which in 2018 is app based. Surprised a big tech company like ebay has such a archaic functioning app considering the 20% we pay in commissions. And why don’t you guys adjust your commissions when you’re not delivering full service? Why not hold your company’s service to the same standards you expect us to deliver on your behalf? Please fix your app or I will have no choice but to leave. I’m not going to buy a computer simply because your app for iPad is inadequate. Hope you get it fixed because I’m now on day 2 of not being able to list and relist. And my frustration is turning to exasperation. Its not worth the aggravation.

Never mind I just learned that ebay doesn’t read these, sorry.
