As a new seller with payments "On Hold", I've been told by a Call Back representative that indeed, they are looking for Sellers Feedback to see how I am doing as a Seller before my money I've earned on sold and shipped and recieved items is sent to my account. So...there's that. I noticed that some of my items were not marked Delivered( I believe it is the mail service that marks these). Is this correct? Two of my Buyers praised my quick delivery. I really appreciated their comments! It put my mind at ease as I mail as quick as I can.
