error has occurred in the script on turbo reauthorization

I posted this on Technical issues and it was suggest to  bring the problem  to tools & apps

I'm being prompted by turbo to reauthorize its use.  However.  I keep getting the message that an error has occurred in the script.  But whether I choose yes or no to continue running the script, I can't get past the message.

I've backed up, checked for updates(says up to date) and did refresh Seller info but still a problem.

Any suggestions?

Thanks for any help

Hello @weethings ,

Here are a few more things you can try:

  1. Before opening Turbo Lister, right-click on the icon and select "run as administrator".
  2. In the security settings within Internet Explorer, there is an option to deactivate active scripting.
  3. You may need extra help with updating certain parts of Turbo Lister so contact Advanced Apps for further assistance.

I hope those help you resolve the issue. Thank you for posting your comments here. I wish you well and be safe!
