I ordered from a seller that told me how to do combined shipping however it didnt come up the way they said it would upon me checking out. So.... for around 19 bucks worth of stuff I paid 30something for shipping! Seller said after shipping my order they'd send a refund. I researched and read and have other items I like to buy that the sellers allow combined shipping on. But on checking out I hit go to checkout and it just says confirm and pay. No request invoice button or anything and once I hit confirm and pay it places order. Help! What am I missing?!
