We have an old template we use for our bulk uploads which I assume is somehow eBays default template that's been altered to suit our needs.

I can not figure out how to edit this template, because it does not exist in our template list which is why I assume it's the default template.

Unfortunately, the person who set up our eBay store, and the template that is used is no longer an employee and we wish to alter it.

All I do is upload a bulk listing file, as I always have and I do not see anything in that file that indicates the template to be used which is why I believe it must be some well-hidden default template.

I can say that the template that is being used appears to be hosted on a website superauctiontemplate.com

Any help would be appreciated

I took a look at a few of your active listings. It appears you listed the items through a file upload in Seller Hub Reports (formerly known as File Exchange). The template you're referring to, is that a template specifically for the item description? When creating listings through a file upload in Seller Hub Reports, there would be a Description column in your file. The text/HTML in the Description column would determine the item description that appears on the listing.
