ebay message doesn't go out

 Trying to send a message to the seller using Google Chrome Browser on Windows 10 and a message doesn't go out. Tried to send it with Enternet Explorer and it goes out just fine as usuall. On my old computer with Windows 7 everithing works on any Browser. What could be a problem?

Are you using the same version of Chrome on the old Win 7 computer as on the Win 10 computer?

I'd guess it's a browser issue, and an issue with new er Chrome versions.
